My goals since I became involved with music technology and event production have been to create an environment where artists feel comfortable to express themselves and have access to the tools and expertise that removes limits on their creativity and also to bridge the gap between the quality of studio recordings and the energy of live performance. As my work grows to fit a wider set of needs, I expand these core beliefs to offer the best service to my clients, be the best coworker with those on my teams, and be the best leader to those who learn from me.

MY Values

Education

From my beginnings as a student musician, educators have made the difference in my learning and continued growth as an engineer. I value the opportunities I get to teach others and to pass on the passion I have for event technology

Teamwork

The best work gets done with a team, and working with a team effectively, respectfully and clearly is important to me.

Preparedness

Any event starts with pre-production. Making and having clear guidelines for how the event is supposed to function is paramount to a successful operation. Coming in with a clear plan makes everybody’s job easier. Through flowcharts, diagrams, and models of the environment the event takes place in, I make sure everybody on my team is on the same page.

He has been a team leader in live sound, field recordings, and studio recordings, and he is both reliable and cordial. I have always been happy with the work he has done. He is a true gem in this field.”
